Darling by Lavinia Review

  Hello Darlings, it is me bringing you the long-awaited review.

  As you all know I like to test out all my products before providing a review. This is to make sure that my review stands the test of time, which I believe is the most important factor in any review. Today we review the Darling Collection by Lavinia Lingerie.

  While I did receive the products for free in order to write a review, my review is both objective and fair and I will be given clear reasons for all my ratings. That being said, let's dive in!

  I would love to start with the Darling Balconette bra. It is, without a doubt, my favorite piece in the collection. Not only does it offer a deep plunge, that was not expected but proved to be a pleasant surprise for all my deep plunge jumpsuits and dresses. It also has amazing support. There are the traditional 3X3 line hooks, the band is a little short, but expected of a balconette, for the sake of cleavage, and the feel is amazing. This is the very first balconette bra I wore through a workday that did not make me feel exhausted or slightly suffocated after long hours in it. I typically wear a 34DD/E, which worked perfectly on the Lavinia sizing scale. 5 stars.

  For my review, I also received the Darling Vintage-Styled High Waist Brief Panty. The first thing my regular measurements are “M” and it was a snug fit. Not tight or uncomfortable, just snug. I will say though, that there are 6 larger sizes than the M I was given (up to 5XL), but I cannot vouch for how that will gauge on those who would regularly be those sizes. Other than that, I loved the seductive hints of lace and the way it accentuated my curves, it also did well with after several washes. I would give it 4 stars.

  I would give the whole set a 4.5 Star rating because it proved to be hand wash and washing machine safe, the material was soft against my skin, and the general feel and look were amazing! I received several compliments on the effects of the bustier!
