My Order

We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and will exchange to the correct item.

Yes, we will exchange a damage item.

You will receive an Order Confirmation email from Lavinia Lingerie. This will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. The email will contain your order number and a summary of your order. Please check the Spam folder if you did not receive an email. If for any reason you did not receive a confirmation email, contact customer service at: 571-339-3522.

We offer 100-day free returns for full refund or store credit, which never expires. If you want to exchange it instead, you have one year.

Yes! If you want to be notified when specific item restocked, look for "Notify Me When Available". It will ask for your email. You will receive an email as soon as item is back in stock!

Yes, it is possible to make changes to an existing order before it's shipped out. Please contact us at 1.571.339.3522 or email at and we will be happy to help. 

Please allow us 1-2 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped. Once it has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

There are a few options for bras that can help add a size to your bust. One option is a padded bra, which has padding in the cups to add volume to your bust. Another option is a push-up bra, which has padding in the cups and underwire to lift and enhance your bust. A third option is a bra with removable pads, which allows you to customize the level of padding and volume you want. Finally, you could try a bra with foam lining or cookies, which are sewn into the cups to add shape and volume to your bust.

It's important to keep in mind that while these types of bras can add size to your bust, they are not a permanent solution and will not actually increase the size of your breasts. They are simply a way to create the illusion of a larger bust.

PRE-ORDER means that the product is NOT currently in stock but you can still place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size when item come back in stock.

The benefit of purchasing pre-order item is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.

Yes, we do have open cup bras and half bras available.

Yes, we do carry crotchless panties.

Our inventory includes bras in a wide range of sizes, from band size 28 to 52 and cup sizes ranging from A to K.

For panties, we offer sizes ranging from XS to 6XL, including S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL, and 6XL.

The cup sizes in the listings are equivalent to a US cup size.

The straps on Kinga Sunday Longline Bra are affixed to the band. You could tuck them in, but they are not removable or switched to a cross back-style bra. 

Our pantyhose run true to size, however if you are in-between sizes or have longer legs, we recommend sizing up. I hope this helps!

We allow 100 days for returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for an exchange or refund. We offer free pre-paid labels for US orders on exchanges and returns.

Yes, we allow returns as long as the item is unwashed and unworn, with all the labels attached. However, we do not accept returns for hosiery.

Please note, International order customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Shipping times to the East Coast are typically one to three days, while shipping times to the West Coast are typically three to six days.

Most orders received by 4 PM EST Monday - Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We do not offer same day delivery.

We offer Free standard shipping for orders over $100 ($3.99 for orders below) and USPS Priority Mail $6.99 for US orders.

The average delivery time to Australia is 6-10 business days via DHL Express.

Our shop is located in Leesburg, VA and shipment to NY will be delivered in 1-2 days.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits and other factors based on the product itself. The customer is responsible for these fees. All items sent are DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and means that it's the customer's responsibility to pay for any of the destination country's customs charges, duties or taxes.
