What are your delivery times?

Most orders received by 4 PM EST Monday - Friday ship the same day. In most cases, orders are delivered within 1-7 business days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We do not offer same day delivery.

How much will shipping cost?

We offer Free standard shipping and USPS Priority Mail $5.99 for US orders.

Do you ship worldwide?

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an online order by email care@lavinialingerie or calling customer service at: 571-339-3522.

What if I receive the wrong product?

We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and will exchange to the correct item.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Yes, we will exchange a damage item.

How will I know if my order has been successfully placed?

You will receive an Order Confirmation email from Lavinia Lingerie. This will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. The email will contain your order number and a summary of your order. Please print and retain for your records. If for any reason you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact customer service at: 571-339-3522.

Payments & Refunds

How can I pay for my online purchases? accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Payments, PayPal and ShopPay. We also accept Lavinia Lingerie gift cards.

Do I have to pay sales tax when ordering online?

Lavinia Lingerie is required by law to charge sales tax on all purchases that are shipped to states where Lavinia Lingerie has retail store.

What is ShopPay?

ShopPay gives shoppers the option to pay for their order in equal, interest free payments, rather than all at once!

When can I expect my refund?

It can take up to two three weeks to receive and process your return. We'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund!

Does Lavinia offer discount codes?

We do not offer regular discount codes on our products. However, we have a sales product page up to 80%. We do make exceptions from time to time, so be sure to subscribe to our email list and download our mobile app so you don’t miss out on promotional events!

How can I return an item I purchased online?

Please go to our Return & Exchange portal for processing returns and exchanges.

What is Lavinia's Lingerie return policy?

We allow 100 days for returns & exchanges. You can return or exchange your items for free with no questions asked. For returns and exchanges we provide with pre-paid label.

Please note that products must be unworn, unwashed within the return timeframe and all stockings/hosiery items are final sale.


Do you restock your items?

Yes! If you want to be notified when/if we get a specific item
restocked, head to the product online and it will say, "Notify Me When Available" when you click on the out of stock size. It will then ask you to enter your email so we can let you know!

How does in store pickup works?

On the shipping page of checkout, select the ‘Local delivery’ option to pick your order up at our Lavinia Lingerie store location instead of having it shipped to you! 

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notifying you that the order is on its way to the store. You will receive another email letting you know when it is ready for pickup! If you aren’t seeing those emails, be sure to check your junk, spam, or promotions folders.
