All Lavinia Lingerie orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center in Texas.
Most orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1-3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
All shipments are sent in discreet packaging to protect your privacy.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Occasionally popular styles sell faster than expected or incoming shipments are delayed. If this happens, we’ll always offer options - wait, replace or refund.
Can my order ship in multiple packages?
Yes. Some items arrive from different inventory locations or restocks and may ship separately at no additional cost.
My tracking hasn’t updated - is my package lost?
Not necessarily. Carriers sometimes delay scanning packages while in transit. If tracking remains unchanged for several days, we’ll gladly investigate.
My package shows delivered but I don’t have it.
Please check nearby areas or with neighbors first. Many carriers use GPS delivery confirmation - we’re happy to help open an investigation if needed.
Why did I receive a refund for part of my order?
Occasionally inventory discrepancies occur. When this happens, refunds are issued immediately.
Can I upgrade shipping after placing my order?

What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 100 days in unused condition with original tags attached. Visit our Returns Portal for full details and instructions.
My exchange hasn’t shipped yet - why?
If replacement inventory is incoming, we may briefly wait for restock to ensure you receive exactly what you requested.

If you know her usual bra size, that’s usually the best place to start. Most lingerie styles follow standard sizing, and our Size Guide includes easy US, EU, and UK conversions.
If you're unsure, choose the size she normally wears in bras or underwear - and don’t worry. If the fit isn’t perfect, exchanges are simple through our 100-day return policy.
