5 Signs You Need a New Bra

5 Signs You Need a New Bra

Hey ladies!

If you’re a woman over 30, chances are you’ve been wearing the same bra for years. But did you know that your bras need to be replaced every 6-9 months? Wearing an old or ill-fitting bra can cause discomfort and even health issues like back pain and poor posture. Here are five signs that it might be time to invest in some new lingerie:

1. Your Bra is Uncomfortable – If your straps dig into your shoulders, the cups don't fit properly, or if it feels too tight/loose around your body then it's likely time for a new one!

2. You Have Outgrown It – As we age our bodies change shape so what used to fit perfectly may no longer do so - this means investing in a well fitted new style will give better support and comfort than an older style which isn't designed with current trends in mind.

3. The Elastics Are Stretched Out – Over time elastics stretch out making them less supportive of breasts; when they lose their elasticity then its best practice to replace them with newer ones before they become ineffective at providing support altogether!

4 .It's Showing Signs Of Wear And Tear– Bras should last up 9 months but after this point they start showing visible signs of wear such as fabric pilling, fraying seams etc., all these factors indicate that its high time for replacement!

5 .You're Experiencing Pain Or Discomfort– Finally if any part of the bra is causing physical discomfort (such as underwires poking through) then replacing it immediately would be advisable rather than waiting until further damage occurs from continued use…so make sure keep an eye on those pesky wires!!
