100-DAY NO HASSLE RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for an exchange or refund. Free shipping on exchanges. Customer pays for return shipping. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
At Lavinia Lingerie, we pride ourselves in offering high-quality products and services to our customers. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for exchange or refund as long as they are unworn (excludes trying it on), unsoiled and unwashed, and the tags remain attached to the garments (No exceptions).
Please note that all returns are inspected for quality and hygiene standards.
We suggest that you either do not wear or wipe off toiletries such as deodorant, body make-up, perfumes, powders and lotions when trying on your purchase. While these toiletries are useful, they can leave a scent or mark on the garment, which may make the item ineligible for return.
Please ensure that you try on any new purchase of underwear or swimwear over your own previously-purchased underwear to determine if the fit and style are to your liking.
To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we reserve the right to refuse returns when it is apparent that the terms of our policy have not been met.
We want to make returns and exchanges easy and do NOT require prior authorization or special codes to initiate the process. For your convenience, we enclose a Return and Exchange Form in every package (see reverse side of the packing slip). If you misplaced your copy, you can click on the following link: download a printable Lavinia Lingerie return and exchange form.
Please send the merchandise back to us by USPS First-Class mail (US orders). We recommend that you add insurance or a tracking service (e.g., delivery confirmation) to ensure tracking or prevent financial loss if the package is lost in transit within the mail system(s). We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Send the item(s) you would like to return or exchange in a secure package via the U.S. Postal Service ONLY. DO NOT USE FEDEX OR UPS as they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange for another size, color or style. It's safe to ship to your purchase to your home or workplace without revealing what's inside. Your order will arrive in a standard white, tear-proof poly envelope, and the shipping label will NOT mention the word "lingerie". Specifically, the return address will show the sender as LAVINIA.
