Do You Really Need a New Bra?
There lies the eternal question. There are many reasons to buy lingerie and very rarely do they coincide with necessity. Shopping for lingerie for most of us is a trip into the world of leisure. It’s the way we lavish ourselves with spending that makes us happy. We go through the steps of finding something that inspires us, paying for it, waiting for the package delivery with glee and then finally getting to try it on for ourselves and or a partner.
However, there are a few of us who do not really enjoy shopping as much as others. Perhaps the choices are too many and overwhelming, or the prices are jarring. Whatever the reason is, some readers may be less than enthused to have to shop for a new set of lingerie. As a result, they only shop when necessary, but that isn’t always clear to us.
How to know when you need a new bra?
There are two easy tips to always look out for when considering letting go of an old set for a new one:
The hooks, unless you have lost a drastic amount of weight in a short while, the need to use the last row of hooks is always a good sign that your bra is nearing the end of its life span. This is because over time the band gets loose.
The straps, if the material of the strap has begun to fade or the adjustment no longer feels sturdy, it is time to invest in a new bra.
Now you know your bra is old and in need of replacement, what to do?
Nothing. Here are five great bras to help make your shopping easier:
